Chiara brings over 20 years of M&A experience supporting corporate clients, private equity houses and owner managed businesses, leading on executing M&A transactions and raising capital.
Most recently, Chiara was an M&A Director at Deloitte LLP, providing sell-side, buy-side and debt raising advice to her clients. Sell side advice is expertly tailored to each client and situation, ranging from bi-lateral negotiations to full auction processes and importantly, achieving the best outcome for her clients.
Chiara is a Chartered Accountant and also has substantial experience in drafting and preparing financial due diligence reports, analysing data, and identifying deal red flags.
Recent M&A experience includes: Buy side advice to Contollo Group (consulting services in Cost Management and MEP, with particular expertise in smart buildings) on its acquisition of MBA Consultants and TACE;
Sell side advice to the shareholders of Apparel Brands Limited on its sale to True Capital;
Buy side advice to Speedy Hire plc on its acquisition of Green Power Hire Limited;
Buy side advice on the acquisition of Cyfrowe.pl by Aurelius backed European Imaging Group Ltd;
Buy side advice on the acquisition of Mobile Phones Direct Limited by AO World PLC;
Buy side advice on the acquisition of the acquisition of Moda Furnishings by Endless LLP;
Buy side advice to Westbridge Capital on its investment into Aptus Utilities (design and delivery of utility solutions for residential, commercial and industrial developments);
