El joined Cavendish as a Senior Analyst in 2021. Prior to joining, she spent over three years in the London M&A team at Mazars, focusing on executing buy-side and sell-side transactions for businesses across a range of sectors operating in the lower-mid market.
Her recent deal experience includes the sale of Wine-Searcher to Flaviar Inc, the sale of a student accommodation business to a German competitor, the sale of Gemserv to Talan SAS, the sale of Peach Pubs to Revolution Bar Co, the sale of LexAble to Lingit SaS, the sale of Park School to Forfar Education and the acquisition of Suntera Global by Palatine Private Equity.
El graduated from the University of Exeter in 2018 and qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant in 2021.
