Lisa has 30 years of board experience, in both Executive and Non-Executive roles at both listed and private companies.
Alongside her role as Non-Executive Chair of Cavendish plc, she is also a Non-Executive Director of JP Morgan Small Cap Growth & Income PLC, Magic Light Pictures Limited, a leading film and television production company, and is Board Adviser to Fulcrum Asset Management LLP.
Until May 2024 Lisa was a Non-Executive Director of Alpha Group International plc, a listed corporate foreign exchange specialist, where she served from 2017, through its initial IPO on AIM and subsequent move up to the main market and into the FTSE250 in 2024.
Lisa also served as a Non-Executive Director of M&C Saatchi plc, the listed global marketing group, between March 2020 and June 2023, spearheading its successful defence against a hostile bid approach.
Prior to her portfolio NED career Lisa was on several PLC Boards in an executive capacity, following her early career in the City as an investment analyst at NatWest Markets.
