Paris joined the Cavendish M&A team in February 2020 as a Senior Analyst. She has over eight years experience in private M&A and specialises in deals within the Technology sector, across both Tech Services and Software.
Select previous transaction experience includes the sale of OLM Systems to Civica, the sale of DigitalXRAID to the cybersecurity platform of Limerston Capital, buyside advice on the acquisition of Clarity Information Solutions by Polaris Software Group (backed by August Equity) and the sale of a minority stake in Systal Technology Solutions to Inflexion.
Prior to joining Cavendish, Paris also spent time in the M&A teams at both Clearwater International and Grant Thornton. Paris graduated with a degree in French and Spanish from King’s College London and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
