Tara has a wealth of experience of working in financial services in both global and multi-cultural organisations.
Her early career started at Banque Paribas in the PR/Roadshow Division. Her move to Societe Generale saw her assist in the set-up of a European Equity desk which later merged to form SG Securities Ltd. She was promoted to join the Equity Division to sell UK Equities to institutional investors both UK and in Europe. From 2001 to 2004, Tara spent time at Arbuthnot Securities as a Sales-Trader, focusing on UK equities.
One of the original employees on the Capital Introductions team in 2006 in FIMAT, subsidiary of Societe Generale, she helped establish a global platform for all Capital Introduction client and sponsored events globally. She joined WH Ireland in 2021 on the UHNW trading desk, to assist in all primary and secondary deals and setting up new client accounts. Subsequently, she was invited to take up the role of Head of Investor Relations and run the division with a junior executive.
