Pearl graduated with a Bcomm in Marketing & Management from Murdoch University in Western Australian.
She began her career within the finance industry as a receptionist at Cicero Securities plc in Western Australia prior to transitioning to the role of junior company secretary while undertaking a Diploma of Corporate Governance with the Governance Institute of Australia.
Pearl relocated to Edinburgh, Scotland in September 2018 where she joined Cavendish (then Cenkos Securities) on an Office Manager Contract in October 2018 and later joined the corporate finance team in September 2019.
She has since completed the Capital Markets Programme with The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
